By using Skolu, institutions agree to the platform usage rules, account security obligations, and service terms described below.

Access and Accounts
- Institutions are responsible for account confidentiality and internal user activity.
- Access is granted based on role permissions configured by institution owners.
- Skolu may suspend access that violates security or acceptable-use policies.
Service Usage
- The platform may only be used for lawful education operations.
- Uploading unlawful content or content violating third-party rights is prohibited.
- Institutions must ensure operational data entered into the system is accurate and lawful.
Billing and Support
- Subscription fees follow the pricing and package terms in your service agreement.
- Late payment may result in service limitations according to platform policy.
- Support scope depends on the selected subscription tier.
